BERTRAM SNAPS 23-YEAR RECORD CCS Hawkeyes Win League Title COOPERSTOWN – CCS Junior Tyler Bertram broke his team’s  23-year-old career-scoring record during last night’s game against Frankfort-Schuyler. Hawkeye Bertram topped Redskin Seth Schaeffer’s 1994 record of 1,714 points, reaching 1,728 in the game. “It’s a nice thing to get out of the way before sectionals,” said his father, Basketball Coach Dave Bertram. And it wasn’t the only triumph of the night. The Cooperstown Hawkeyes took the League Championship title.…
