IN MEMORIAM: Charlotte Vibbard, 87; Raised Daughter, 2 Sons In Edmeston EDMESTON – Charlotte Vibbard, 87, of Sherburne, passed away Monday Dec. 7, 2020, in Cooperstown.  Charlotte was born on Oct. 2, 1933,in Cooperstown, to the late Goldie Wilford. In addition to her mother, she was predecesed by her husband Glenn Vibbard in 1999, and her siblings Hazel, Jody, Clarence, Carl, Jessie, and Raymond.  A lifetime resident of the area, Charlotte married Glenn Vibbard on April 11, 1964, in Edmeston…
