IN MEMORIAM:  Irene W. Judkins, 96; Clerked In City Stores, Including Gallin’s ONEONTA – Irene W. Judkins, 96, a former saleslady at Gallin’s Jewelry Store (now the Oneonta History Center) and an antique-car buff, peacefully passed away on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, at the Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center . She was born on Feb. 20, 1919, in Cherry Valley, a daughter of the late George and Ina (Morton) Whiteman.  On June 29, 1938, Irene married Ralph L. Judkins…
