GOP Lieutenant Governor Candidate Due COOPERSTOWN – The Republican lieutenant governor candidate, Chemung County Sheriff Chris Moss, will be among GOP candidates hosted at a pre-election celebration the county committee is planning 6-8 p.m. tomorrow at the Cooperstown Distillery.
