WINS LAKE MARATHON

Greg Mandak of Camp Hill, Pa., wins the Race the Lake Marathon a few minutes ago, breaking the ribbon at the Clark Sports.  The half-marathon winner was Justin Spring of New York City, who is attending Bassett's medical school locally.   A total of 336 runner circulated Otsego Lake this morning, up from 148 in 2014, the first year.  (Jim Kevlin/allotsego.com)
