IN MEMORIAM: Clifford Yager, 82; Operated Painting Company In Otego OTEGO – Clifford E. Yager, 82, who operated Clifford Yager Painting for many years, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Oneonta. He was born Jan. 21, 1936, in Oneonta, the son of the late Clifford Yager and Elsie (Hungerford) Shumway.  Clifford served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict.  He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing.…
