Kellerhouse Jr., former county Democratic chairman and retired SUNY Oneonta education professor, died on Sept. 22, 2019, at Bassett Hospital. He was predeceased in the 1990s by his wife, Muriel, a theatre professor. In her memory, the husband established a scholarship at College at Oneonta Foundation in her name.
