At the August meeting of the county Board of Representatives, Vice Chair Ed Frazier, R-Unadilla, details why the AHCA debate in Congress was, in his view, a good vehicle to effect Medicaid reform in New York State.  The transfer station closing and a report on a master plan to preserve farmland in Otsego County were among other topics discussed.
