Purcell, 38; Excelled In Snowmobile Racing, Golf RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Jason Thomas Purcell, 38, a construction supervisor known locally for snowmobile racing and golf, died unexpectedly due to heart failure on Aug. 29, 2018.
