Bocca Osteria, Cooperstown Teachers Big Winners At Cooperstown Carnival COOPERSTOWN – The return of the Lip Sync brought victory to the CCS teachers, who took first prize with their performance of “Tootsee Roll” by the 69 Boyz, complete with Tootsie Roll costumes, in Cooperstown Winter Carnival competition.
