IN MEMORIAM  ‘Ozzie’ McMorris II, 86, Otego; Village Official, Avid Firefighter OTEGO – Elbert Osborne “Ozzie” McMorris II, 86, longtime fire chief here and an avid firefighter recognized as Otsego County Fireman of the Year in 1999, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, at Fox Nursing Home, Oneonta.
