IN MEMORIAM Thomas Blau Jr., Schuyler Lake, Retired County Probation Chief SCHUYLER LAKE – Thomas Blau Jr. of Schuyler Lake, retired director of the Otsego County Department of Probation, died peacefully at home on June 25, 2019, surrounded by his family.
