IN MEMORIAM: Darcie Marie Sheley, 27; Oneonta Mother Dies On Christmas Day ONEONTA – Darcie Marie Sheley, 27, of Oneonta, passed away Friday Dec. 25, 2020, unexpectedly. She was visited prior to her death by close family at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, where she gave her final breath. She was born on March 25, 1993, daughter of Laurie and Royal Sheley Sr. in Kingston. She was a longtime resident of Sidney, where she grew up and made many lifelong friendships.…
