GILLIAN’S KILLER DENIED PAROLE ONEONTA – David Dart, the man convicted of killing Gillian Gibbons in the Oneonta Municipal Parking Lot in 1989, has been denied parole, according to Gillian’s sister, Jennifer Kirkpatrick, who posted the news on The “Justice For Gillian” Facebook page just moments ago.
