IN MEMORIAM:  Dawn Patterson, 61; Cancer Fighter Will Be Buried Locally COOPERSTOWN – A graveside service is planned locally for Cooperstown native Dawn Griffiths Patterson, of Woodstock, Ga., who passed away on March 14, 2016, after a courageous three-year battle with brain cancer. A graveside service is planned at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, when Dawn will be laid to rest next to her parents in the Middlefield Cemetery.
