IN MEMORIAM: Celin V. Schoen, 85; Hartwick Grad Was Red Cross Official HOBART – Celin V. Schoen, 85, of Hobart, a journalist and director of the American Red Cross, Delaware County chapter, until her retirement, passed away peacefully, early Friday morning, Nov. 4, 2016, at Bassett Hospital after a long illness.
