State’s CFA Grants Underwrite D&H Yards Study, Coop Strategy Otsego County obtained 11 grants through Round IV of the state CFA process, announced last week. The grants total $3.27 million, 5 percent of the total awarded to the Mohawk Valley Regional Economic Development Council.
