Exhibit Of Tony Mongillo’s Railroad Art Opens Friday At Oneonta History Center ONEONTA – Art by Tony Mongillo, whose drawings and lithographs chronicled the D&H era in Oneonta, will be on exhibit at the Oneonta History Center, 183 Main Street, beginning Friday Jan. 29.   An opening reception will be at 2 p.m. Sunday the 31st.
