IN MEMORIAM Florence Harrad Moore, 100; Van Hornesville Postmistress VAN HORNESVILLE – Florence Harrad Moore, age 100, passed away peacefully on Monday Sept. 11, 2017, at Valley Health Service, Herkimer. She was born on April 25, 1917, in Jordanville, daughter of the late Carlton A. and Louise E. Swift Pierce.  A lifelong area resident she was raised and educated in Jordanville and graduated from Van Hornesville High School.  In 1946 she married Cecil C. Harrad.  He passed away on Dec.…
