IN MEMORIAM: Glenn C. Bidwell, 72; Air Force Vet, Salesman, Dirt-Track Fan ONEONTA – Glenn Charles Bidwell, 72, passed away Dec. 22, 2018, at the home of his daughter. Glenn had stopped laughing so we all knew it was time for him to go. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his family. Glenn was born on Feb. 23, 1946, in Oneonta to Norbert and Dorothy (Mathewson) Bidwell. Voted class clown in elementary school, he continued to have a great time, graduating…
