IN MEMORIAM:  Donald R. Wilsey, 69; Oneonta Native, Veteran, Diesel Mechanic SHARON SPRINGS – Oneonta native Donald R. Wilsey, 69, an Army veteran and diesel mechanic, passed away Sept. 3, 2016, at his home. He was born May 22, 1947, in Oneonta, the son of Clarence and Pearl (Bank) Wilsey. Donald was a Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Middleburgh VFW.…
