IN MEMORIAM: Donna Lee Bailey, 69; Worked At Supermarket, General Store ONEONTA – Donna Lee Bailey, 69, known to many patrons at the Cooperstown General Store and former Great American, passed away on Aug. 15, 2016, at Bassett Hospital. Donna was born on Sept. 24, 1946, at Bassett Hospital, a daughter of the late Maurice (Mike) and Cora Wikoff. A graduate of Cooperstown High School, she attended SUNY Cobleskill and graduated from the Culinary Arts Program at ONC BOCES.…
