IN MEMORIAM:  Dorothy Salluce, 94; Native Of England Settled In Oneonta ONEONTA – Dorothy Joan Salluce, 94, a native of England who moved to the U.S. and Oneonta in 1945 when she was 22 years old, passed away Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Fox Nursing Home.
