Lindsay, 92, a founding member of VFW Post 7128, Cooperstown, passed away Tuesday June 30, 2015, in his sleep. He was born in Cooperstown on Feb. 25, 1923, the son of Edward D. and Sophia (Creighton) Lindsay. He served as a Seabee in the Navy during WWII in communications.…
