Bassett Orthopedic Surgeon New Vice President At Fox ONEONTA – Dr. Reginald Knight, an orthopedic surgeon at Bassett Hospital, has been named vice president of medical affairs at Fox Hospital, effective July 5. Among his responsibilities will be expanding Fox’s orthopedic offerings.
