Herr, 62, who moved with her family from Brooklyn to Cherry Valley in 1971, passed away at Cooperstown Center on Jan. 3, 2020. She was born on Nov. 18, 1957 in Brooklyn, daughter of Fredy E. And Loretta E. (Pabst) Herr. Liz relocated with her family to Cherry Valley in June 1971.  She graduated from Cherry Valley Central School in 1975.…
