College Student Arrested In House-Party Stabbing ONEONTA – A 19-year-old Delhi man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old in the back following a fight at a house party on Columbia Street. Dylan Cumpston, 19, a Hartwick College student, was arrested after police were called to Fox Hospital at 3:36 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, with the report SUNY Oneonta student had been stabbed. Police arrived to find a victim being treated for a stab wound on his upper back.…
