IN MEMORIAM: Eloise Goulette, 102; Oneontan Resided Downstate Near Son ONEONTA – Eloise Goulette, 102, former long-time citizen of Oneonta, died at the Lutheran Care Center in Poughkeepsie today – Sept. 17, 2015 – where she had lived since 2006. She was born in Carbondale, Pa., on April 28, 1913, the daughter of the late Franklin and Mary Jacobs Layman. On May 10, 1932, in Oneonta, Eloise married Albert J. Goulette, Sr.  Albert predeceased her on Feb. 22, 1986.…
