40 More Students Added To Oneonta’s Enrollment ONEONTA – The Oneonta City School District’s student population has shown “very modest growth” this year, Superintendent Joseph Yelich told the school board at its meeting last evening. The current number of OCSD’s students is 1,835, an increase of 40 students from 1,795 students in 2017.
