Homeless Man Arrested For Stealing From Cars ONEONTA – A homeless man was arrested by state troopers and charged with stealing items from cars on Southside Drive and Glen Drive in Oneonta, according to Trooper Aga Dembinska, Troop C Public Information Officer.
