 Oneontan Allegedly Charged $70,000 To False Credit Cards ONEONTA – An Oneonta woman has been arrested for allegedly charging more than $70,000 to fraudulent credit cards, state police at Richfield Springs report. Virginia A. Reichhold, 60, of Oneonta, opened the credit card accounts between Novm 2014 through October 2015, troopers alleged. She was charged with grand larceny, second degree, a class C felony.…
