Auxiliary President COOPERSTOWN – Ethel Joan Vetter, 78, a nurse and past president of the Cooperstown Fire Department Auxiliary, died peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, at her Pink Street home surrounded by her loving family.
