CONTRACT SIGNED FOR MANOR SALE COOPERSTOWN County Rep. Kay Stuligross, D-Oneonta, this afternoon signed a contract to sell Otsego Manor to Focus Ventures, a nursing home operation based in Airmont,Rockland County.
