IN MEMORIAM:  Marilyn J. Sinstack, 93; SUNY Graduate Raised Family In Oneonta ONEONTA – Marilyn J. Sinstack, 93, a SUNY Oneonta graduate who raised two children here, passed away peacefully, Feb. 21, 2019, at the home of her daughter, JoDee Kogut in Hamilton. She was born April 30, 1925, in Cambridge, Washington County, the daughter of the late Guy D. and Marion (Moon) McClaughry.  She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1942 and attended SUNY Oneonta, (then Oneonta Normal School).…
