$21 Million Expected For Fox Joint Center  ONEONTA – Word has been received that $21 million in state funding is en route to Fox Hospital to restructure its finances and build a new joint center. The funding is part of $125 million for facilities improvements aimed at reducing expensive emergency-room usage by 25 percent, announced by state Health Commissioner Howard Zucker at a press conference that ended a few moments ago. Panel Depicting Fox Hospital History Ready, Telling Of 114-Year Contribution ONEONTA – After 10 years in the making, the pictorial history wall of A.O. Fox Hospital is complete. The three-panel wall features 4- by 8-foot lighted panels, using a timeline spanning 114 years. The display gives a pictorial history from the laying of the first cornerstone in 1900 through 2014.
