O’Kelly, 72, Oneonta; Worked At Fox Hospital, SYSCO ONEONTA – Frances “Fran” Marie O’Kelly, 72, of Oneonta, passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, with her family at home in Oneonta. She was born on June 15, 1946, in Fulton, the daughter of Mark and Celia (Luciano) DeMouro. She married Robert G. O’Kelly, Jr., on Sept. 29, 1973.
