Page, 90; Active In Cooperstown Community Life COOPERSTOWN – Frances Marie Dziergowski Page, 90, an active community volunteer whose jobs included telephone operator at New York Telephone’s Pioneer Street office, passed away on Dec. 14, 2018. She was born Oct. 4, 1928, in Whitestone, Queens, to Edward & Wanda (Kilmuszka) Dziergowski.  Fran attended schools in Flushing and College Point.
