IN MEMORIAM:  Frank Grogan, 93; WWII Veteran Worked In Navy Yard ONEONTA – Francis “Frank” Grogan, 93, of Oneonta, at World War II veteran who then worked in the Navy as a civilian, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Robinson Terrace Nursing Home in Stamford.
