IN MEMORIAM: Frank Giudice, 89; WWI Veteran, Mechanic At Packard ONEONTA – Frank Giudice, 89, a World War II veteran and career-long auto mechanic, beginning at the local Packard dealership, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Fox Hospital.
