Silvernail, 78, an accountant with the former Gabriel Harris Jewelers for many years, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, at Cooperstown Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. Doug was born April 10, 1940, in Bainbridge, the son of the late Clifford L. Silvernail and Beatrice Mae (Sisson) Silvernail Locke.
