IN MEMORIAM: Ronald Bouchard, 86; Over 25 Years, Foster Parent To Many MILFORD – Ronald E. Bouchard, 86, who with his wife Joyce was foster parent to 250 chidren over 25 years, finally went back home on Oct. 8, 2019, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s.
