Mothers & Daughters At Foothills Tea Party With Mom’s Day a weekend away, over 150 mothers and daughters filled the Foothills Atrium this morning, where they enjoyed dancing, tea and snacks, making fascinators and crafts,  and partaking of scavenger hunts and face painting, part of the Performing Arts Center’s first annual Mother-Daughter Tea Party.   In top photo, Oneonta’s Makenna Frazier, Taryn Brockway, Kaylee Ferrara and Joanna Ferrara twirl across the dance floor.
