Savage, 70; Retired Submariner, Hartwick Music Grad ONEONTA – Gregory Philip Savage,  70, of Cleveland, Ohio, a Hartwick College music major and retired submariner, died in his home peacefully on Dec. 21.  Survivors include his wife in Oneonta.
