IN MEMORIAM: Hebert Siems, USAF Veteran ONEONTA – Herbert Siems, an Air Force veteran, passed away on Tuesday, Dece. 29, 2015, at the state Veterans Home in Oxford. The son of Grete (Ristig) and Carl Siems, he was born in The Bronx, and graduated from Christopher Columbus High School there in 1947. He earned a certificate of graduation in the Air Force Medical Corps and was honorably discharged in 1958.…
