Roseboom, 51, an award-winning senior auditor for HUD’s inspector general, passed away Monday, Aug. 03, 2015 at Albany Medical Center . He was born Aug. 23, 1963, in Cobleskill, the son of Herbert and Lucille (Ball) Roseboom.
