IN MEMORIAM:  Rosemary B. Moore, 80; With Husband, Retired To Otsego County COOPERSTOWN – Rosemary Bernadette Moore (nee Costigan), 80, lost her battle to cancer Sunday, Oct. 22, while in hospice at Bassett Hospital. Her family takes great comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her beloved husband of 59 years, Tom, who preceded her in death this past March.  Their love and friendship for one another was so strong and true.…
