Jackie Robinson’s Widow Wins 4th O’Neil Award For Character COOPERSTOWN – The Baseball Hall of Fame board of directors today announced it has selected Rachel Robinson, Jackie Robinson’s widow, as the 2017 recipient of the John Jordan “Buck” O’Neil Lifetime Achievement Award.
