IN MEMORIAM:  Jerry O’Driscoll, Bricklayer OTEGO – Jerry W. O’Driscoll, 80, a union bricklayer for a half-century, passed away on Feb. 16, 2018. He was born Jan. 28, 1938 in New Bedford, Mass., to Alice and John O’Driscoll of Otego.  He grew up in Otego.  He was an avid skeet shooter and enjoyed hunting and classic cars.…
