SUSPECTS COUPLE, WKTV REPORTS DA: Others In House When Girl Murdered NORWICH – Other people were present in the house while Jacelyn D. O’Connor, 11, was allegedly raped and smothered, according to Chenango County District Attorney Joseph McBride.
