IN MEMORIAM: Josephine Croce, 96; Moved To County From Staten Island ONEONTA – Josephine Croce, 96, of Oneonta, whose husband was Wilber Bank branch manager in Oneonta, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018, at Chestnut Park Rehab & Nursing Center. She was born on April 28, 1922, in Brooklyn, the daughter of James and Elsie (Abruzzo) Maceli.  She married Alfred Croce on Nov. 12, 1949. He predeceased her on May 27, 2008.…
